About returns and refunds
Delivery is all over Japan, France, UK, America,
From ordering to shipping, we will ship within 1 week if in stock, or within 2 months if not. About for shipping fee, in the case of Japan, the shipping fee is 800 yen up to 20,000 yen, free of charge of 20,001 yen or more.
In the case of overseas, it is a measured rate system, and it costs 6,600 yen for up to 3 kg, 9,600 yen for up to 5 kg, 16,600 yen for up to 10 kg, and 29,600 yen for up to 20 kg. (Note: in case of Overseas delivery, order from https://kamakurabori-ec-overseas.com)
Returns can only be made if the item is defective. Please return it within 7 days of receipt. We will bear the shipping cost.
We cannot accept cancellations due to customer's convenience.
